An Inter-disciplinary National Seminar on "Challenges in Gender Sensitization"
An Inter-disciplinary National Seminar on "Challenges in Gender Sensitization" sponsored by Director General Higher Education, Haryana was organized by Women Cell of Gandhi Memorial National College, Ambala Cantt. Dr. Anupama Sihag, convenor women cell was the coordinator of the seminar. Chief guest of the seminar Prof Vidhu Mohan, P.U. and keynote speaker prof Sonia Malik, M.D.U. enlightened the scholars, Academicians, researchers and students on gender sensitization. Dr. Ranjana and Prof J.S. Bidlan were the resource persons from KUK. Dr. Shaveta Gagneja, IP University and Dr. Ritu Lehal, Punjabi university spoke on various concerns. Dr. Jasmine Heer was the chief guest at valedictory who spoke on stereotypes.More than 150 papers were presented by people from different parts of country in technical sessions.
