Covid-19 Pledge
The swearing-in ceremony was organized by GMN College, Ambala Cantonment.
In this pledge ceremony, all the teaching and non-teaching staff took a pledge
that they are committed to end covid-19. Senior Professor Sajjan Kumar of the
college's NSS Advisory Committee read the Oath by reading the format of the
oath .In this oath it was conveyed that at every step, they will eliminate covid-19
and make the country disease free. Every person in India is in the role of a soldier
and in the same way that the soldier does not allow the thief to enter, in the
same way, we will not allow this covid-19 in India. And they will use every item
brought from the market after washing it thoroughly. We will not only make
ourselves aware but also the people around us. In the college premises, all the
members took a pledge that all those teachers would alert fellow illiterate people
about this epidemic. The principal of the college, Dr. Rajpal Singh said in his
address that today every person, every child, every student, all people are afraid
of epidemics but we do not need to be afraid. If we take precautions instead of
fear, then this global epidemic can be eradicated. NSS officer Dr. Dharamvir Saini,
Dr. Anish; Dr. Saroj and all members of the college attended the oath taking
ceremony.
