Internal complaints committee against sexual harassment of women at workplace presented a documentary on sexual harassment of women at workplace (Prevention, prohibition, and redressal, Act 2013) on August 10, 2019. The program was attended by students as well as staff members of the College. The event was organized by the Convenor of the committee, Dr. Geeta Salwan. Members of the committee Mrs. Rachna Khanna, Dr. Bharti Vij, Dr. Amita, and Dr. Anupama Sihag, actively participated in the event. Dr. Rajpal Singh graced the occasion with his presence and assured the students about their safety in college premises. Dr. Amita handled the stage and interacted with the students through the presentation in an exciting manner. The documentary displayed through audio-visual mode left a strong impression on the students. The students were made aware of the prevailing laws and regulations about the issues of sexual harassment of women at workplace. Questions were asked, and the queries were resolved by Dr. Geeta Salwan. Vote of thanks was given by Mrs. Rachna Khanna with more insights about the topic.
