The legal literacy cell of GMN College in collaboration with ANHAD, Mumbai based voluntary organisation organized an Extension Lecture on the topic: "Importance of legal literacy Among Youth”. Dr Ravi Saxena, Associate Professor ,NMISA, Kirti P. Mehta School of Law, Mumbai was the guest speaker. Dr Saxena in his lecture highlighted the need to understand the fundamentals of law so that youngsters could make full use of it as &when need arises. Dr Saxena emphasized upon the engagement of youth in all important areas of socio economic and political arenas of life specially in a democratic country like India. An interactive session with students was also held in the question answer form.
Vote of thanks was proposed by Mrs Rachna Khanna, Dr Tripti, Dr Nishtha along with students expressed their gratitude to Dr Ravi.
