extension lecture on the topic ‘scientific solutions to global warming’
An extension lecture on the topic ‘scientific solutions to global warming’ was
jointly organized by the department of physics and chemistry at 10:30 am in
seminar hallon 6 th Dec, 2022. Dr. S.M. Rao, prof. Emeritus Punjabi Universitry,
Patiala and visiting specialist, academia Sinica, Taiwan was the speaker on this
occasion. He gave the scientific solutions to global warming by emphasizing the
use of smokeless chulha in our day to day life. He compared the interesting data
of carbon content present in today’s environment with that of present in
Ramayana and mahabharata’s yug. 90 students of our college attended this
lecture. Dr V.K. Jain, principal, Dr S.K. Pandey, Dr Niyti, Dr Neha Aggarwal,
Ms Upinder Kaur, Ms Pinki and Ms Dipti were also present on this occasion.
