One-day health checkup camp
G M N College Ambala Cantt organized a one-day health checkup camp on February 01, 2021 in the College campus. The camp was organized under the joint leadership of department of Political Science, Red Ribbon Club, Red Cross and Rotary Club Industrial Area Ambala Cantt. Dr. Raj Pal Singh, Principal of the college, welcomed all the Doctors and Guests. He said that a healthy body has healthy mind. To keep all the students healthy the camp was organized. Dr. Reena, Eye Surgeon checked the eyes of near about 50 students and told them how to keep the eyes safe. Dr. Tarunjit Singh, Dentist, checked the students and told them about the method of healthy teeth. Dr. Joginder singh has made general health checkup of the students and made them aware about general health. President of Rotary Club industrial area Ms. Shashi Gulati, Dr. Rajkumar secretary, Dr. Ashok Sharma Rotarian, Sh. D P Gulati Advisor, Dr. Mahender Kumar ( Former President), Virender Dureja, Dalip Mehta, Vijay Chopra, Madhu Julka and Anil Sahgal from rotary club were also present in the function.
Dr. Raj Pal Singh honoured all the guests with mementos. Ms. Sashi Gulati honoured Dr. Reena for his contribution to the society especially during corona pandemic.
Dr. Rakesh Kumar Nodal officer of the programme extended heartiest thanks to all the guests and doctors, members of the rotary club and fellow faculty members. Near about 100 students got the benefit of the health check up in the camp.
