A professional Development Program on “How to Access ERP” was organized by Department of
Computer Science & Applications on 17 July, 2019. Due to a constant change in education
landscape, it has become mandatory for higher education institutions to adopt the latest
education ERP solution to handle all academic & non- academic activities effectively and
provide a better learning environment to students including quality education. Keeping this in
mind, ERP Software has been designed and a training session was conducted to demonstrate
how to access different modules by the Teaching and Non –Teaching staff members. Apart from
these different benefits of implementing an ERP in College was also shared like how it reduces
manual & monotonous workload (like admission & fees collection etc.), how teachers can mark
students attendance, how teachers can share notes & assignments by using LMS and how this
software helps to generate e-reports on a click of button which are very useful during NAAC
visits and also save stationary.
