Virtual group discussion National Youth Day 2021 and Swami Vivekananda Jayanti
On 12 January 2021, on the auspicious occasion of National Youth Day 2021 and Swami Vivekananda Jayanti, a virtual group discussion on "Environment and Youth Forum 2021" on the subject of Environment and Consciousness was organized by the Department of Botany of Gandhi Memorial National College, Ambala Cantonment. All the participants attended the discussion with great enthusiasm and curiosity on the occasion. This competition proved to have the dimensional effect of resolving the achievements achieved by the youth, their consciousness and their best knowledge. On the occasion of the day, Dr. Anju Jain, Vice Principal of the college said that this day shows the determination of the youth who should always be vigilant for the protection of the environment. Dr. Kuldeep Yadav, HOD, Department of Botany informed that about 12 students from all streams participated in this group discussion. Dr. Meenu Rathi and Dr. Shikha Jaggi acted as judge in this discussion. In this competition, Samritri Priya, BSc Medical, 5 semester student, secured the first position and earned her qualifying seat at the university level. College Principal Dr. Rajpal Singh Ji congratulated the organizers for this successful group discussion.
